The Tae bo course consists of a unique combination of dynamic aerobic and kick- boxing techniques as well as Tae Kwon do and aerobics.
Both men and women workout in rooms dedicated to group program it can combine quick improvement of the cardiovascular system, strengthening, flexibility and enjoyment.

Tae bo combines hits using legs with asian combat techniques and also elements of boxing, fitness training ans aerobics. The instructor systematically introduces the program beginning with the basic concepts of aerobics, steps in material arts, while combining exercises with music making the course fun on all levels of the communication between instructor and trainee , focusing mainly on the physical and mental wellness.
Another equally polular modification to Tae- Bo is Tae – Bi that includes extra exercises in muscle strengthening , core exercises and relaxation and meditation exercises.

At the end of the course, the students will receive a certificate in the program from IAFA that is recognized in 80 countries worldwide.

All those who love dynamic workouts ( aerobics + step) as well as dance, music and have discipline and endurance.
In the Tae –Bo courses the student will be fully trained in these techniques and can use them for personally or professionally.

Registration documents:
1/ Two photos
2/ A photocopy of identity card or passport
3/ A photocopy of proof of level of literacy
4/ Medical certificate from pathologist or cardiologist to state that "... is healthy and can be exercised"
