I.A.F.A. PILATES Matwork + Props - Course is a series of lessons based on the teaching of the Pilates method. A complete programme of the highest quality combines the basic values of pilates and other traditional methods of exercise that have their roots in the Eastern philosophies with dynamic of more modern western methods.

The Pilates method includes approximately 500 precise exercises, in whichnot only include the body but our awareness and are executed on specifically designed equipment and only by specially trained instructors of this method.

The exercises always with the main focus on our core ( abdominal muscles) are based oon the values.

Registration documents:
1/ Two photos
2/ A photocopy of identity card or passport
3/ A photocopy of proof of level of literacy
4/ Medical certificate from pathologist or cardiologist to state that "... is healthy and can be exercised"
